The Terry Foundation is pleased to announce that Kristin “K.K.” Eschbach (TAMU 2004) has joined our team as Chief Investment Officer (CIO). K.K. will replace Edward Cotham, Jr., former Foundation President and current Chief Investment Officer when he officially retires at the end of 2022.

K.K., along with the Board of Directors, will oversee the investments and investment managers of the Foundation’s endowment. She  will manage and position the Foundation’s assets to support a healthy endowment into perpetuity, as the Terrys envisioned. Her oversight will enable the Terry Foundation to invest in future generations of Terry Scholars for many years to come.

A message from outgoing CIO, Edward Cotham, Jr.:
As Howard and Nancy Terry intended, the Foundation’s vision is to create a community of educated leaders who utilize their talents to strengthen the state of Texas and impact the world. Since 1987, the Foundation has awarded over 6,000 scholarships and invested more than $338 million to send students to 13 Texas universities. Our community of educated leaders continues to grow and thrive. I think that Howard and Nancy Terry would be proud of their Foundation’s accomplishments, and I know that they would be delighted to see its future management in the hands of people who care so passionately about its mission. The Foundation has a talented and dedicated leadership group, many of whom (like K.K.) are Terry Scholar Alumni. I hope you will join me in welcoming K.K. to the Foundation in her new role.
