Terry Scholars were invited to report their acts of service done in honor of Terry Give Back Day. Both service reports and donations to the Terry Scholars Fund counted toward our goal.
Examples of Giving Back from at least 25 States
Terry Scholars participated from 15 states last year, and we set a goal to hit 25 states in 2025.
Examples of Giving Back from all Terry Universities and Award Years
Our goal was to record service or donations from all 13 universities and all award years from 1987 to 2024.

Terry Scholars packed hundreds of meals for those in need, cleaned up parks, painted houses, tutored children, provided pro-bono services, comforted shelter animals, and much more. Collectively, we honored the Terry Legacy by giving back to the world around us and using our strengths to provide opportunities for others.
